  • The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and Chair of the London Assembly, Len Duvall OBE AM, are hosting a flag raising ceremony for members of the British Armed Forces, Cadets, and Representatives, on Thursday 26 June at 9am. This flag raising ceremony honours service personnel, past and present for the their bravery and commitment, and is in support of the national Armed Forces Day 2025 that takes place nationally Saturday 28 June. Every year, we come together in support of our military men and women, reservists, veterans and cadets. A number of speeches will be delivered by the Mayor of London, the London Assembly and special guest military representatives.
